- Bachelor’s Degree required. Knowledge and experience tutoring and/or teaching SAT, ACT and TEAS prep.
- Must have minimum 2 years’ experience teaching experience 9\-12th grade or higher education and/or school administration and curriculum experience.
- Strong organization, planning and communication skills.
- Self\-starter with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability and willingness to be committed to work schedules, maintaining accurate and transparent timekeeping.
- Dependable, approachable, patient, and sensitive to the needs of a diverse group of students and colleagues
- Ability to travel to Central Piedmont campuses with reliable transportation.
- Must be willing to conduct a background check.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 Office (Word, Excel, and email communication)
- Master’s degree or higher preferred
- Teaching/tutoring SAT, ACT and TEAS prep highly preferred
- CPR/Basic First Aid certification a plus

- Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. The employee is frequently required to sit, stand, walk, and occasionally required to kneel, bend down or crouch.

In this role, the Program Facilitator is a liaison for our CTP instructors and curriculum as well as supports with preparations before, during, and at the conclusion of both CPT and summer camp program.
Duties and Responsibilities
1\. Assists the administrators in developing, planning, implementing, and administering goals and objectives of the Collegiate Test Prep program and Services Corporation.
2\. Assists in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding CTP instructors; provides orientation; monitors and evaluates instructor/staff performance.
3\. Prepares and confirms documentation for the origination of CTP classes: schedules dates, rooms, instructors; reviews class schedule for accuracy.
4\. Research and monitors ever\-changing, ongoing CTP national exams and formats for ACT, SAT and TEAS; recommends changes/updates to keep program curriculum and resources current; coordinates the development of course outlines and materials.
5\. Works with Assistant Director and prepares marketing materials and literature for distribution to potential students; may make presentations to schools, organizations, and agencies.
6\. May teach Collegiate Test Prep courses within the assigned area; demonstrates high degree of skill in teaching in subject area; models effective teaching techniques for trainers/instructors.
7\. Assists the Assistant Director with the management of the master schedule to ensure that the necessary staffing and services are provided.
8\. Interacts with parents, students, and prospective customers on behalf of Collegiate Test Prep and Camps.
9\. Assists with preparation and class support during summer camp season.
10\. Model professionalism and accountability by adhering to the dress code and college policies and being timely
11\. Ability to multi\-task, be persistent, and resolve conflicts as they arise.
12\. Comfort and ability to communicate with students, parents/caregivers, and faculty/staff in a professional manner.
13\. Required to complete the college’s ongoing compliance training by deadlines.
14\. Any additional duties, responsibilities issued by the Assistant/Executive Directors, as needed.
