- Provide Individual, Couples, and/or Family Therapy: Work with clients across the lifespan and from diverse backgrounds. Use evidence\-based modalities, including Mindfulness\-Based CBT, DBT, EMDR, Somatic Therapies, and Therapeutic Art our exclusive therapeutic art modality, and mindfulness practices, to support clients on their path to healing and self\-discovery, and self\-empowerment.
- Tailor Care to Each Client’s Needs: Every client is unique. You will collaborate with individuals and families to create personalized treatment plans that align with their goals, strengths, and challenges.
- Collaborate with a Multidisciplinary Team: Partner with our team of skilled therapists, administrative staff, and external providers to deliver holistic, integrated care.
- Engage in Continued Professional Growth: Opportunity to participate in regular clinical supervision, peer consultation, and training opportunities to deepen your expertise and stay inspired in your work.
- Licensure: You must be a Licensed Psychotherapist (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent licensure) in the state of Pennsylvania OR earning hours towards licensure.
- Passion: We are looking for someone who is passionate about helping others and who believes in the power of therapy to create lasting change.
- Partner with Insurance: Provide top quality care for clients who wish to utilize insurance in order to uphold the Wellbrook Wellness value of accessible care
- Adaptability: You’ll need to be flexible in your approach, tailoring therapy to meet each client’s needs. A range of therapeutic techniques, from CBT to mindfulness and beyond, is highly valued.
- Strong Communication Skills: You’ll need to be able to communicate effectively with clients, your team, and external professionals. You should be comfortable in both written and verbal communication.
- Team\-Oriented: While you will be an independent therapist, we place a strong emphasis on teamwork and collaboration. You should feel comfortable both working alone and contributing to a team dynamic.
- Commitment to Growth: You should be committed to your own professional development and to growing with us as a team.
- This is a 1099 contracting position.

A Full\-Time or Part\-Time Hybrid Therapist (12\-20\+ clients/week is ideal) Providing both in\-person and remote therapy sessions, allowing for flexibility between in\-office and at\-home work.
