As a BCBA you will play a crucial role in assessing clients (ranging from 2\-28 years old) and developing treatment plans to support their behavioral health needs.
Duties:
\- Conduct patient assessments to determine behavioral needs \- Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans \- Provides frequent and quality supervision for RBTs/BTs \- Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly \- Maintain accurate medical documentation and records of client care \- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
Qualifications:
\- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required \- Experience working with children in a behavioral health setting \- Proficiency in client assessment and data collection techniques \- Strong understanding of medical records and documentation \- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with clients and multidisciplinary teams
