Diagnostic Group, LLC is looking for an experienced Temporary Full Time Recruiter to work (approximately 6 months). The Recruiter is responsible for executing strategic staffing plans for Demant’s U.S. Diagnostics Business. This role focuses on sourcing top talent, building a robust candidate pipeline, and successfully filling key positions across Diagnostics brands. The Recruiter will work closely with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and implement targeted, effective recruitment strategies that support business growth. *Full\-time benefits include: Medical, dental, prescription, and vision benefits

  • Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all recruiting activities to ensure alignment with company standards and objectives.
  • Manage recruitment of entry to midlevel positions across all Diagnostics businesses.
  • Review and update current job descriptions that accurately reflect the requirements and responsibilities of the role, ensuring alignment with company standards and attracting suitable candidates.
  • Collaborate across Talent Acquisition (TA) and Human Resources (HR) teams to develop and maintain tools that ensure strong delivery to businesses and compliance with the selection process.
  • Act as a business partner by advising hiring managers on effective interviewing techniques and collaborating with colleagues across the organization to ensure a smooth recruitment process and achieve business objectives.
  • Proactively work with hiring leaders to ensure communication and scheduling of interviews are coordinated and timely; complete interview debriefs with leadership and candidates to reduce time to fill.
  • Identify a qualified pool of candidates through the interview and selection process for manager consideration while ensuring compliance with the Equal Employment Opportunity for all qualified candidates.
  • Ensure accurate data entry within HR systems.
  • Maintain an accurate tracking system for daily sourcing activities, ensuring all data is up\-to\-date and easily accessible for reporting and analysis.
  • Develop creative strategies to attract and hire top candidates to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and to share best practices across TA and HR Teams.
  • Accurately assess candidates for cultural, competency and skill fit, quickly synthesize candidate and hiring manager feedback and routinely pre\-close candidates to ensure high acceptance rates.
  • Collaborate with the HR and TA Team to ensure accurate market data and best practices to attract and retain candidates.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and communication of all offer details, including salary, benefits, and start dates, to candidates, hiring leaders, and HR.
  • Utilize professional networks to source candidates for active requisitions from a variety of sources such as job boards, social media, and search engines, including niche communications, employee referrals, and other sources.
  • Use social networking mediums (i.e., LinkedIn groups and other online forums) to promote employment brand messaging that drives traffic to open roles by establishing and promoting positive relationships.
  • Advocate for necessary changes to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to drive process improvements aimed at reducing turnover and increasing efficiency.
  • All other duties as assigned.
  • Qualifications:

  • Highly effective verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and deliver exceptional customer service (including internal stakeholders).
  • Strong organizational capabilities with keen attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to prioritize tasks and consistently meet established deadlines.
  • Advanced analytical thinking with effective problem\-solving capabilities.
  • Skilled at balancing and executing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Capable of performing effectively in a fast\-paced, high\-pressure setting.
  • Technically proficient with the ability to quickly learn, adapt to, and utilize new systems and technologies.
  • Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least 2 years of recruiting experience; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Prior experience managing high\-volume recruitment efforts strongly preferred.
  • Experience supporting recruiting initiatives within a multi\-brand or multi\-entity organization is a plus.
  • Proven ability to source and engage talent across a diverse range of functional areas.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and online recruiting platforms required, along with strong overall aptitude.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems preferred.
  • End\-to\-end (full cycle) recruiting experience is a plus but not a requirement.
  • Travel:

  • This position is subject to travel up to 10% of the time.
  • Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Physically able to reach, stretch, bend, and sit for extended periods of time during a daily routine.
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times.
  • Pre‑Employment Requirements:

  • Clear background check including criminal history and education verification.
