- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Part\-time: Approximately 15–25 hours per week
- Monday–Friday during business hours
- Hybrid role:
- Training/Probationary Period (3 Months): $18/hour
- Post\-Training: $18–$20/hour (based on performance)

POSITION OVERVIEW
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail\-driven Operations Assistant to support our Operations Coordinator and service team.
This is not a passive administrative role — this person will play a key role in keeping jobs moving, ensuring follow\-through, and maintaining clear communication across clients, technicians, and internal operations.
