Part\-Time Accountant / Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a reliable and detail\-oriented Part\-Time Accountant/Adm Asst to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable working with financial records while also supporting day\-to\-day office operations. Individual will need to assist with the procurement of both food and office supplies and maintain an inventory system to track delivery and disbursement of goods. This position requires a very high level of confidentiality. It is a hybrid position requiring at least 3 days in the office

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage bookkeeping and financial records using
  • QuickBooks Online

  • Perform account reconciliations, invoicing, and basic financial reporting
  • Answer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries professionally
  • Provide general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and scheduling
  • Manage accounts payable, and accounts receivable
  • Able to research best pricing, order, stock, track and inventory food and office supplies (Inventory Control).
  • Must be able to maintain a very high level of confidentiality and professionalism
  • Qualifications:

  • Proficiencient in
  • QuickBooks Online (required)

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Professional phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Can use Excel as a tracking tool; able to produce reporting from Excel
  • Prior accounting or bookkeeping experience is required
  • Schedule:

  • Part\-time (flexible hours; hybrid position, must be in the office at least 3 days a week. Work 20 hours per week) Schedule may have hours added as demands of the position increase.
  • Compensation:

  • Competitive hourly rate based on experience
