We offer an elevated menu of services including custom lash extensions, lash lifts, tinting, threading, and more. Our salons deliver a polished, high\-end experience where guest care, results, and attention to detail come first.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We are seeking a high\-performing Front Desk Sales Associate who thrives in a fast\-paced, upscale salon environment and is driven by results.

This is not a traditional receptionist role—this is a sales\-focused, revenue\-generating position. You will own the guest experience from first contact to checkout while actively driving bookings, maximizing schedule efficiency, and selling memberships and retail.

If you have experience in a busy salon, medspa, or luxury service environment and love the thrill of hitting goals and earning more based on performance, you’ll fit right in.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Deliver a polished, high\-touch guest experience from check\-in to checkout
• Respond to leads quickly and confidently via phone, text, and online inquiries
• Convert inquiries into booked appointments and long\-term clients
• Proactively fill open appointment slots and maintain a fully booked schedule
• Consistently sell memberships, packages, and retail products
• Build relationships that drive repeat business and referrals
• Handle guest concerns with professionalism and confidence
• Maintain a clean, organized, and elevated salon environment

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Proven
sales experience (salon, spa, medspa, fitness, or retail)
• Experience in a
fast\-paced, high\-end or luxury service environment
• Confident, outgoing communicator who can build rapport and close
• Comfortable on the phone—able to convert, not just answer

* Goal\-driven mindset with a track record of hitting or exceeding targets

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to stay calm, polished, and solution\-oriented under pressure
• Tech\-savvy with booking systems and POS platforms
• Availability on Saturdays is required
