Primary Function: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Administrator and Executive Assistant to join our dynamic construction company. This dual role position will provide comprehensive administrative support to our operations and executive team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional multitasking abilities, excellent communication skills, and a keen attention to detail. This is an in\-office position with no remote or hybrid schedule possible.

Typical Duties:

  • Track, maintain and assist with applications for contractor licenses.
  • Track, maintain and assist with applications for business licenses.
  • Maintain existing and create new entity registrations within SAM.gov.
  • Create and distribute the monthly operations project management reports.
  • Run project production reports and distribute.
  • Assist Human Resources with recruiting and internship program.
  • Assist executive team with email/calendars, expense reports and meetings.
  • Social event planning, coordination, preparation and facilitation.
  • Make travel arrangements for operations team members.
  • Rental house management.
  • Swag/project goodies ordering and management.
  • Quarterly and annual managers update meeting planning, coordination, preparation and facilitation.
  • Development and integration of AI use in operations.
  • Support marketing and social media presence.
  • Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications \& Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration preferred, or four (4\) years minimum of proven experience.
  • Exceptional organizational skills.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism.
  • Proactive critical thinking and communication.
  • Flexible and highly adaptable.
  • Motivated to self\-learn.
  • Positive attitude and a team player.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel as needed. Potentially up to 1\-2 times a month.
  • Great at problem solving.
  • Outstanding time management.

Pay rate: $70,500 to $80,000 per year under exempt status.
