### Job Description
Position Overview:
The Catholic Biblical Association of America seeks a highly organized, detail\-oriented, and service\-minded part\-time Assistant Office Manager to support the daily operations of an international scholarly/charity association. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate who enjoys working in a mission\-driven and member\-centered environment. The position reports to the Executive Office Manager and works closely with other CBA staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
o Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
o Experience with virtual meeting platforms such as Zoom, Webex, or Google Meet.
o Experience with Novi AMS is preferred.
o Basic design skills in Photoshop, PowerPoint, or similar tools preferred.
