POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for delivering superior and efficient service to members of the credit union who interact with the credit union through our school branch. This person will serve as the face of the credit union and as such, must have a general understanding of credit union processes, products and services. While the primary role of this individual is to process basic transactions, this person is responsible for promoting high school credit union program in a positive and professional manner. Responsible for implementing programs to increase membership as well as broaden the use of credit union services in school. Must support sales and service culture.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
1\. Greet every member in a timely manner, meeting established goals for service.
2\. Represent the credit union to members in a courteous, professional manner.
3\. Provide prompt, efficient and accurate service in processing transactions or handling member requests.
4\. Handle instant issue debit card requests.
5\. Assist members with online/mobile banking.
6\. Develop announcements, posters, bulletin board and contest ideas.
6\. Maintain knowledge of and comply with the Bank Secrecy Act as it relates to this position.
7\. Perform other duties and responsibilities as required or assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Must be enrolled in high school. Must maintain favorable grades. Must be flexible to work different shifts.
Salary: $13\.05/hr
FLSA Status: Non\-Exempt
