Insurance service representatives must communicate effectively, while accurately and efficiently handling high claim volume. Minimum Required Qualifications
Education: HS Degree or Equivalent
Other Skills and Knowledge:
Computer and keyboarding skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience: Prior EPIC Resolute Hospital Billing or Ambulatory experience
Prior Revenue Cycle, Healthcare billing or insurance
Other Skills and Knowledge:
Basic Microsoft Excel and Word knowledge
Communication and customer service skills
