Your Role: As an Insurance Claims Clerk you will assist the Insurance Claims Specialists to resolve open insurance claims. Provide professional, courteous, accurate and efficient service to each customer.
Schedule:
Part\-time (benefits not included)
Work Environment:
In\-office, with potential for remote flexibility based on performance and role requirements
Wage:
$17/hour
Responsibilities:
- Data entry and verify customer information
- Process checks on insurance claims and related documents such as, insurance load edits, fraud affidavits and title releases
- Initiate the filing of GAP claims
- Handle incoming and outgoing e\-mail
- Connect with the appropriate personnel to assist in resolving customer concerns
- Protect the legal, financial and moral well\-being of the company
- Other tasks assigned by management
- Asks the right questions to accurately analyze situations
- Follows through on commitments and makes sure others do the same
- Displays a can\-do demeanor in good and tough times
- Provides timely and helpful information to others across the organization
- Consistently at work and on time
- High school graduate or comparable
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
- Can communicate quickly, effectively, and accurately
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Effective time management and ability to multi\-task
- Ability to use office equipment and computers

Physical Requirements:
Ability to remain stationary for continuous periods of time. Constantly operate a computer and phone. Frequently communicates with customers, coworkers, and managers about accounts. Able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
