Responsibilities
- Enter and update data into company databases with speed and accuracy, ensuring all information is complete and error\-free
- Manage filing systems both digitally and physically, organizing documents for easy retrieval
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace tools to prepare reports, spreadsheets, and correspondence
- Support front desk operations by answering multi\-line phone systems professionally and courteously
- Assist with calendar management and scheduling appointments for team members or clients
- Proofread documents for grammatical accuracy and consistency before submission or filing
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone and in person, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Google Workspace applications
- Experience with QuickBooks accounting software is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy, along with keen proofreading abilities
- Familiarity with office management procedures, including filing systems and data entry protocols
- Bilingual abilities are advantageous for supporting diverse client needs
- Knowledge of multi\-line phone systems, office etiquette, and customer support best practices
- Previous clerical or administrative experience in an office environment is preferred
- Ability to handle confidential information discreetly while maintaining high levels of accuracy
