We are a specialized medical practice in central Phoenix (now expanding to the West side of Phoenix) focused exclusively on treating patients with personal injuries. Our team is dedicated to delivering compassionate, professional, and high\-quality care. We are growing quickly and seek two reliable and motivated Medical Assistants to join our growing practice.
Position Details
* Clinic Days: Tuesday \& Thursday (on\-site at our North\-Central Phoenix or West Phoenix location)
* Remote Days: Monday, Wednesday \& Friday (work from home – billing support \& administrative tasks). Within 60 days or sooner, remote days will convert to on\-site at one of our two locations.
* Schedule: Full\-time, consistent weekly schedule
* Compensation: $20\-$25/hr during a 90\-day probationary period. Upon successful completion, position converts to salaried employee at $42,000 \- $52,000/year.
* Start Date: Immediate
Responsibilities
- Assist physicians and patients during clinic days
- Perform patient intake, vitals, and documentation
- Support with case and chart management
- Compile bills and records to send to attorneys and administrative support on remote days
- Communicate professionally with patients, attorneys, and staff
- Maintain a friendly, helpful, and professional demeanor at all times
- Prior medical assistant experience preferred (training will be provided)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Must be kind, friendly, and professional with patients and staff
- Ability to work independently from home on non\-clinic days
- Comfortable working in a personal injury\-focused practice
- Bilingual\-Spanish REQUIRED
- Stable position with immediate start
