  • Analyze engagement and participation data across programs and platforms to surface patterns, assess community health, and support data\-informed decision\-making.
  • Develop and maintain program calendars, run\-of\-show documentation, and operational playbooks for recurring and one\-time community engagements.

This role owns the operational integrity of NET\+’s digital content ecosystem, ensuring that web properties, knowledge bases, and presentation assets remain accurate, up to date, and aligned with divisional priorities.

  • Manage and continuously improve the NET\+ web presence, ensuring content is accurate, up to date, and optimized for community self\-service.
  • Maintain and evolve the NET\+ community\-facing Confluence wiki, organizing the information architecture to improve navigation, usability, long\-term sustainability, and value.
  • Own the preservation and quality of the NET\+ presentation library, ensuring that decks and slide assets used across the division are stylistically consistent, content\-current, and meeting\-ready at all times.
  • Draft content across multiple platforms for the NET\+ and R\&E community consumption.

  • 5\+ years of experience in program operations, community engagement, or a related role.
  • Strong written communication skills with experience creating content (utilizing Google Workspace tools) for different audiences — from technical practitioners to Institutional leadership.
