Well established law firm seeking to hire a Legal Administrative Assistant to join our team of professionals. Hours are Monday thru Friday 8 to 4 in office. (37\.5 hrs week) Experience as a Legal Assistant is preferred for this position, but will train the right applicant. Candidates must have proficiency in Microsoft Office. In addition, experience in an office setting and document preparation are valuable skills which will be considered when hiring the right applicant for this position.

Job tasks include word processing, document preparation, scheduling for attorney(s), data entry, answering of telephone, etc. Pleasant personality, proper phone etiquette, attention to detail, ability to multitask, and good spelling/grammar skills are required. Confidentiality is essential. Wage based on experience and skills.

No remote work available. Qualified candidates will be interviewed in person at our office.
