Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and highly organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong office management skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency with various computer applications. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic advocacy\-focused environment by ensuring smooth daily operations and delivering exceptional customer and staff support.
Duties
- Provide administrative support to department staff to ensure efficient operations.
- Help answer and direct calls that come in on receptionist/intake line.
- Perform administrative duties such as filing, preparing mailings, data entry, faxing, etc.
- Prepare, send, and follow up on medical records and opinion requests.
- Exhibit polite and professional communication via phone, e\-mail, and mail.
- Support team by performing tasks related to organization and effective communication.
- Monitor bills, order office supplies, maintain firm calendar and office equipment.
- Hearing Case Handler supports as needed.

- High school diploma or equivalent education required.
