Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly.
- Manage multi\-line phone systems with professionalism, providing accurate information or directing calls efficiently.
- Handle front desk duties including signing in visitors, managing security protocols, and maintaining visitor logs.
- Perform data entry tasks using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other office management tools with precision.
- Support calendar management and scheduling for team members, including setting appointments and reminders.
- Assist with clerical duties such as filing, proofreading documents, and organizing office supplies.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries via phone or email while maintaining excellent phone etiquette.
- Maintain organized records through filing systems and digital document management.
- Contribute to office management by coordinating supplies, managing incoming mail, and supporting special projects as required.
- Proven experience in office administration and clerical work roles within a professional environment.
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and data entry skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently.
- Exceptional communication skills and strong phone etiquette for handling multi\-line systems confidently.
- Previous experience as a front desk receptionist or medical/dental receptionist is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information discreetly with close attention to detail.
