We're looking for passionate Associate Therapists to provide telehealth therapy to the Medicaid population, accrue clinical hours towards licensure, and engage in continuous education under expert supervision.

What you'll need
- A Master’s degree in Social Work with a minimum of 6 months of hands\-on therapy or assessment experience
- A valid LCSW license in good standing in the state of Massachusetts
- Experience working with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and other digital tools
- A quiet, HIPAA\-compliant home office setup for confidential virtual sessions
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish is preferred, and knowledge of additional languages is a plus
- A solid grasp of mental health diagnoses
- Knowledge of crafting effective, personalized treatment plans
- A collaborative spirit to work alongside clients in achieving their goals
