    IN THIS ADMINISTRATIVE ROLE YOU WILL:

  • Work in our office for
  • 30 \- 40 hours/week from Monday through Friday

  • Interact with customers, guide employees, and help keep workdays smooth and seamless
  • Add new clients to the schedule and adjust routes for maximum efficiency and productivity
  • Adjust employee schedules as needed
  • Provide employees with business updates, timely reminders, and regular follow\-ups to ensure they're doing the best they can
  • Follow up with new clients to ensure they're happy with our cleaning services
  • Maintain accurate administrative records
  • Track staffing/hiring metrics, hire new employees, and oversee their onboarding
  • Process and submit payroll
