This Position Will:
- Assists the Sr. Director in overseeing the development, implementation, and ongoing clinical, case management and crisis intervention services and clinical functioning of the Community Support.
- Assists the Sr. Director in planning, organization, evaluation, and supervision of the Community Support and Aftercare treatment teams.
- This position will also serve in the capacity of a Treatment Service Coordinator providing direct service to a small caseload.
- Assists in the development of program policies, systems and procedures to ensure the development, growth and quality of congregate and community\-based programs and services for youth within the programs
- Responsible for supervision of team members and interns, clinical collaboration and consultation with a strong focus on treatment, including the provision of trauma\-informed therapeutic interventions, crisis stabilization services and community resource identification, linkage and utilization through the Attachment, Regulation and Competency (ARC) framework.
- Assists in the development of both short\-term and long\- term/strategic planning and forecasting.
- Master’s degree in social work or related Human Services field
- LCSW/LCPC Licensure or able to obtain within 6 months of hire
- Three years’ experience in the field, including prior clinical supervisory experience and administrative experience.
- Knowledge and experience with various trauma\-informed treatment and behavioral health interventions specific for children and adolescents with severe mental, emotional and behavioral health challenges.
- Working knowledge of DCFS, DHS\-DMH, HFS\-FSP, Medicaid, and other related federal and state regulations
- Demonstrated skills in team\-based collaboration with ability and commitment to working across department areas of expertise, positively bridging Residential Services, Educational Services and Clinical and Community Services
