About the Role

HBox is hiring a Patient Enrollment Specialist (PES) to support a leading cardiology practice in the Las Vegas area.

This is a patient\-facing, clinic\-based role where you will work directly with patients managing chronic heart conditions (e.g., hypertension, heart failure). Your responsibility is to educate, enroll, and onboard patients into a Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) program that helps providers track patient health between visits.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with patients, explaining medical concepts simply, and being active across multiple clinic locations.

What You’ll Do

• Travel to assigned clinic locations across Las Vegas
• Engage patients during in\-clinic visits and identify eligibility
• Clearly explain the RPM program and its benefits
• Obtain patient consent and complete enrollment
• Train patients on how to use devices:
• Blood pressure monitor
• Weight scale
• Ensure patients are comfortable using devices before leaving
• Coordinate with clinic staff (front desk, MAs, providers)
• Maintain accurate enrollment tracking and documentation

Qualifications

Required:

Preferred:

• Experience in cardiology, primary care, or chronic care
• Prior experience in:
• Patient education
• Device demonstrations
• Enrollment or outreach programs
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred

Work Environment

• On\-site role across multiple clinic locations in Las Vegas
