Responsibilities

  • Oversee comprehensive human resources functions.
  • Manage employee relations by addressing concerns.
  • Administer benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, workers' compensation.
  • Ensure compliance with employment \& labor laws, OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) regulations, and affirmative action planning requirements.
  • Lead change management initiatives and support organizational design efforts to optimize workforce structure and performance management systems.
  • Understand basic billing, Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payables.
  • Develop and implement strategic planning for succession planning, talent management, and employee evaluation processes to foster career growth.
  • Manage administrative tasks including data entry, basic billing, contract administration, and maintaining accurate HR records.
  • Skills

  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality while maintaining meticulous data collection and reporting standards.
  • Extensive knowledge of human capital management practices and employment \& labor law compliance.
  • Strong understanding of benefits administration, workers' compensation procedures, OSHA standards.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage employee relations effectively and facilitate conflict management when necessary.
  • Demonstrated project management capabilities with experience in organizational design and change management initiatives.
