Responsibilities
- Oversee comprehensive human resources functions.
- Manage employee relations by addressing concerns.
- Administer benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, workers' compensation.
- Ensure compliance with employment \& labor laws, OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) regulations, and affirmative action planning requirements.
- Lead change management initiatives and support organizational design efforts to optimize workforce structure and performance management systems.
- Understand basic billing, Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payables.
- Develop and implement strategic planning for succession planning, talent management, and employee evaluation processes to foster career growth.
- Manage administrative tasks including data entry, basic billing, contract administration, and maintaining accurate HR records.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality while maintaining meticulous data collection and reporting standards.
- Extensive knowledge of human capital management practices and employment \& labor law compliance.
- Strong understanding of benefits administration, workers' compensation procedures, OSHA standards.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage employee relations effectively and facilitate conflict management when necessary.
- Demonstrated project management capabilities with experience in organizational design and change management initiatives.
