Join our dynamic team as a Customer Service Dispatch specialist, where you'll be the vital link ensuring seamless communication and coordination within our transportation, logistics operations and client relations. In this energetic role, you'll manage dispatching activities, coordinate shipments, and provide exceptional support to drivers and our clients. Your proactive approach will help optimize delivery schedules, improve efficiency, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be at the heart of our delivery chain operations, leveraging your analysis skills and technical knowledge to keep everything running smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to inbound calls, emails, order entry and problem resolution.
- Coordinate dispatching activities while providing consistent and clear communication and professional phone etiquette with our clients.
- Communicate effectively with drivers while maintaining professional phone etiquette.
- Assist with shipping \& receiving documentation, tracking, and resolving logistical issues through analysis skills and problem\-solving techniques.
- MUST be located within commuting distance to Denver. During the training period you will be reporting to the office located in Denver. Training provided weekdays. After training period you will possibly have the opportunity to work remotely provided you have a quiet work space away from ANY outside noise.
- 12 to 24 hours a week guaranteed. Early evening hours on some weekdays and weekends a must. Possible additional shifts available.
- WEEKEND WORK with set weekly schedule.
- Shifts available are Saturday 7am\-1pm, Saturday 1pm\-7pm, Sunday 7am\-1pm, Sunday 1pm\-7pm.

* Requirements: Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly over phone and email systems. Demonstrated data entry proficiency. Analytical skills for troubleshooting logistical issues and optimizing dispatching processes. Ability to work efficiently in a fast\-paced environment while managing multiple priorities simultaneously. Must be responsible, great with computers and technical skills in typing speed and accuracy are also valued for this role. Patient, dependable, excellent with customers, proactive and disciplined to work diligently unsupervised.
Pay: $20\.00 \- $25\.00 per hour
