We’re seeking a reliable and detail\-oriented Entry Level Office Assistant to support daily office operations in our Scottsdale location. This is a full\-time office position ideal for someone looking to build experience in a structured, professional environment.

Responsibilities
- Possibly greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate team members
- Provide general administrative support including filing, scanning, and data entry
- Maintain office supplies and basic inventory
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meeting room usage
- Assist with order entry and basic documentation
- Handle customer inquiries and provide general support when needed
- Comfort handling responsibility and making quick decisions without constant supervision
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills

Qualifications
