We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Office Manager to lead our administrative operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our office environment. This vital role involves overseeing daily administrative tasks, managing office systems, supporting staff, and providing exceptional customer service. Duties

  • Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors, answering multi\-line phone systems, and directing calls with professional phone etiquette
  • Oversee office management functions such as supply ordering, filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records
  • Coordinate calendar management and scheduling for meetings, appointments, and events using Google Workspace or Microsoft Office tools
  • Support bookkeeping and basic financial tasks utilizing QuickBooks or similar accounting software
  • Provide customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and ensuring excellent customer service standards are met
  • Assist with clerical tasks including proofreading documents, typing reports, and maintaining accurate data entry records
  • Supervise office staff and personal assistants to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to organizational policies
  • Requirements

  • Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and computer literacy in general
  • Experience with multi\-line phone systems, calendar management, and data entry processes
  • Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to support diverse client and staff interactions
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks for bookkeeping and basic financial management is preferred
  • Excellent customer service skills with a professional demeanor and proper phone etiquette
  • Clerical experience including filing, proofreading, and document management required
  • Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast\-paced environment
  • Personal assistant or medical/dental receptionist experience is a plus to handle specialized duties effectively
