Duties
- Assist with talent acquisition efforts, including sourcing candidates through ATS platforms like iCIMS, Workday, or Taleo, and coordinating interviews using tools such as Salesforce or Oracle HCM.
- Support new employee orientation programs and conduct employee evaluations to promote continuous development.
- Manage benefits administration tasks, ensuring accurate data entry in systems like Paychex, ADP, or UltiPro, and communicate benefits options effectively.
- Maintain compliance with employment \& labor law, OSHA standards, and workers’ compensation regulations through diligent record\-keeping and policy updates.
- Facilitate employee relations initiatives by addressing workplace concerns, managing conflict resolution processes, and supporting change management strategies.
- Oversee HR sourcing activities to attract top talent by leveraging social media management tools and HRIS systems for effective outreach.
- Assist in performance management processes, including training \& development programs, succession planning, and organization design efforts aligned with strategic planning goals.
- Proven experience in human resources management or administrative roles within HR environments.
- Strong knowledge of human capital management systems such as SAP SuccessFactors, PeopleSoft, or Ceridian.
- Familiarity with employment \& labor law, affirmative action planning, and OSHA regulations.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.
- Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple priorities efficiently.
- Experience using HRIS platforms like Workday, Oracle HCM, or UltiPro for data collection and reporting.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies such as Lever, Paychex, Kronos, or Dayforce for payroll and workforce management tasks.
