Back to You Physical Therapy is looking to hire a motivated individual for a Part\-time position as a Patient Coordinator/Front Desk Receptionist. You will be working in a positive environment, alongside a great staff of Physical Therapists, to help our patients meet their wellness goals, while enhancing patient satisfaction. Who is Back to You Physical Therapy?

Back to You Physical Therapy is a privately owned outpatient Physical Therapy office located in Sherborn, MA. Founded in 2011 we provide an individualized treatment approach and personalized care to our patients. All therapists have extensive experience, and we are proud to say many of our referrals come from past patients referring their family members and friends. We are conveniently located at the junction of Routes 27 and 16, serving the neighboring communities of Dover, Framingham, Millis, Natick, and Wellesley. No public transportation nearby.

Who are you?

Someone who is organized and efficient and can prioritize tasks. You are detail oriented and can problem solve, while being personable, show empathy and provide excellent patient customer service care. You are a fast learner and dependable. You have Knowledge and aptitude for using excel, Microsoft word, scanning, uploading files. Comfort/knowledge using a Mac/Apple computer is preferable.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Handling new patient intake calls; accurately inputting demographic and insurance information into our scheduling software; assessing patient concerns to ensure they are booked with the appropriate PT;
  • Staying informed and being transparent with patients about their financial responsibility; collecting any outstanding balances;
  • Scheduling patient appointments, managing cancellations and encouraging rescheduling whenever possible.
  • Obtaining insurance authorizations and referrals for patient treatments, enters/uploads new patient information into the online medical record.
  • Keeps patient appointments on schedule by notifying provider of patient's arrival; reminding provider of service delays.
  • Providing an excellent client experience by taking the necessary time to understand the unique needs of our patients while remaining patient and empathetic when coordinating care.
  • Responsible for keeping the treatment area clean and organized.
  • Hours for this position are up to 24 hours per week

    Salary: $21\-$23/ hour

    Our hiring process consists of two interviews (one virtual, one in\-clinic), and two professional reference checks.
