Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to serve as the right hand to the CEO of two growing, space\-focused tour and hospitality companies.
This dynamic role requires someone who can manage multiple priorities with precision while maintaining a calm, solutions\-oriented presence. You will play a key role in supporting daily operations, facilitating strategic initiatives, and ensuring an exceptional experience for both guests and internal teams.

Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO’s complex calendar, meetings, and priorities with precision and foresight
- Handle incoming guest inquiries via phone, email, and text with professionalism and warmth
- Deliver a high\-touch, concierge\-level customer experience aligned with a luxury brand
- Manage bookings and communications using Peek Pro
- Ensure all guest documentation and compliance requirements are met prior to tours
- Coordinate daily operations with guides, drivers, and staff to ensure seamless execution
- Troubleshoot last\-minute changes or issues with calm efficiency
- Prepare and proofread correspondence, reports, and documents
- Assist with bookkeeping and tracking using QuickBooks
- Maintain organized systems, records, and workflows
- Support project coordination and follow\-through on key initiatives
- Assist with light marketing efforts, including social media and guest communications
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar high\-level support role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and pivot in a fast\-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills with polished phone and email etiquette
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with QuickBooks preferred
- Willingness to learn Peek Pro Reservation booking software
- Experience in hospitality, tourism, operations, or customer service is a strong plus
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail
