Job Description: The QC Laboratory Training and Materials Coordinator supports QC laboratory operations by coordinating training activities, providing support for the Central Reference Sample and Storage (CRSS) area, and ensuringavailabilityoflaboratorymaterials specifically throughthe ordering of laboratory chemicals,consumables, and officesupplies.This role alsoprovidesoversightfor QC laboratory cleanup operations as well asQC laboratory internal audit tracking\&trending. Theresponsibilitiesmay include the following tasks, knowledge, skills and other characteristics.(This list of tasks is illustrative ONLY and is not a comprehensive listing of all functions and tasks performed by positions in this class. - Coordinate training requirements in the Quality Control department as they relate to QC curriculums in the LMS system. This includes establishing core training for each QC sub\-group (Laboratory, Sterility, and Environmental Monitoring) as well as thedepartment as a whole.
- Training encompasses safety,cGMPs, job functions, and writes and revises standard operating procedures and protocols.
- Ensure QC groups are meeting compliance requirements for training activities.
- Coordinate annual training record review.
- Operate and Maintain QC Central Reference Sample and Storage (CRSS) room when not occupied with training\-related responsibilities.
- Coordinate routine QC laboratory cleanup activities and monthly laboratory audits as required by procedure.
- Provide QC internal audit tracking and trending.
- Ensure routine office supply andKanBanmaterials are ordered and stocked regularly to ensure continuity of the laboratory and disposition of materials via SAP system.
- Order and scrap reagents in SAP to support laboratory operations.
- Participate in routine inventory audits of materials associated with the CRSS area.
- Provide as required necessary administrative function for the QC department, which could include but not limitedto:data entry, document scanning and filing, dish support, pipette verifications, etc.
- Perform special assignments as directed by supervisor.
- Associates degreeor 2 years relevant experience in lieu of Associates degree required.
- Coursework in Computer Aptitudedesired.
- Experience in training processes/documentation, record keeping,or experience working in a state or federally regulated environmentdesired.
- Experience working in Pharmaceutical industry and/orbasicunderstanding of laboratory functionsdesired.
- Understanding of GLP, GDP, GMP desired.
- Experience withComplianceWireSoftware or other training software preferred.

- Advanced Vocational/Specialized Knowledge.
- Microsoft Word and Excel required. PowerPoint desired.

- Understanding of cGMP concepts, particularly as they related to laboratory operations, but also as they relate to the entire facilitydesired.
- Basic exchange of information.

- The individual must be able to work effectively with peers from other departments and with those individuals who require training by this position.
