Job Title: Accounting Clerk

Type: Full time 35\-40 hours per week Monday\-Friday standard business hours, non\-exempt

We pride ourselves on our dedicated team and commitment to excellence. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an experienced Accounting Specialist to join our team.

\\Job Summary:\\

The Accounting Specialist will be responsible for managing a variety of accounting tasks, ensuring accuracy and compliance in all financial transactions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in QuickBooks and Service Fusion, along with a solid understanding of basic accounting principles. This position has long term growth potential and development. This is a semi\-flexible position that requires a dedicated office space, remote work not available.

Key Responsibilities:

\- Perform all data entry and maintain accurate records of financial transactions.

\- Conduct reconciliations of accounts and assist with class tracking.

\- Manage accounts payable (A/P) and accounts receivable (A/R) processes.

\- Prepare payroll

\- Maintain organized financial documents and reports.

\- Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

Qualifications:

\- Proven experience with QuickBooks and Service Fusion.

\- Solid understanding of basic accounting principles, including debits and credits.

\- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

\- Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

\- Strong organizational and time\-management skills.

\-High School Diploma and some college preferred

\-Strong communication skills verbally and written in English

\-Microsoft Office experience preferred with proficiency in Word and Excel.

Job Type: Full\-time

Pay: $17\.00 \- $20\.00 per hour
