We are actively hiring a Data Entry Clerk – Purchasing to support our purchasing and operations teams. This role is critical to maintaining accurate purchasing data, ensuring materials are properly tracked, and supporting production in a fast\-paced manufacturing environment.

What You’ll Do
- Enter purchase orders, purchase requests, and vendor data into ERP system (e.g., Foundry)
- Maintain accurate purchasing and inventory records
- Verify data for accuracy, pricing, and proper coding
- Track open purchase orders and delivery timelines
- Support receiving by ensuring goods are entered correctly into the system
- Assist with invoices, packing slips, and order confirmations
- Communicate discrepancies or missing information to the Purchasing team
- Generate reports for purchasing and inventory tracking
- Maintain organized digital and physical records
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1\+ year of data entry, administrative, or clerical experience preferred
- Experience in purchasing, procurement, or manufacturing is a plus
- ERP system experience (Foundry or similar) preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and computer systems
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Office setting within a manufacturing facility
- Frequent interaction with Purchasing, Receiving, and Production teams
