We are hiring a full time Sales Representative to join our national sales team at GeoLoom and TimberSync.

You will be working in a fast moving sales environment with modern systems, real opportunities, and clear expectations. We move quickly and expect results, but we also invest heavily in your development.
What You Will Be Doing
\- Work inbound and warm leads daily
\- Schedule and run virtual sales meetings with customers
\- Learn to sell technology and data solutions to real world operators
\- Use CRM tools to manage leads, track activity, and maintain your pipeline
\- Stay organized, follow up consistently, and move deals forward
\- Build your pipeline early and work toward closing deals within your first week
\- Collaborate with marketing and development teams to improve workflows
\- Share ideas and contribute to improving how we sell, innovate and scale
Technology and AI Training
You will receive hands on mentorship from a Senior Sales Manager with daily training sessions, team huddles, and KPI reviews focused on improving performance.
We also provide practical AI training designed to give you an edge in modern sales. You will learn how to use AI to streamline workflows, prospect more effectively, build personal sales assistants, generate real time performance insights, and increase productivity.

Previous experience in B2B sales is helpful but not required. We are more focused on mindset, effort, and willingness to learn and grow.
