About the Role
Martin’s Financial Consulting Group is seeking a detail\-oriented, tech\-savvy Part\-Time (remote (*must work EST or CST hours)
- or on site in Havre de Grace, MD) team member to support our growing, financial planning practice. This role begins at approximately 10 hours per week (about 2 hours/day) and offers the opportunity to expand in scope as the practice grows.
- Manage scheduling and calendar coordination
- Maintain and optimize CRM (Salesforce) data and workflows
- Support team with administrative overflow and project\-based tasks
- Assist in preparing weekly team meeting agendas and materials
- Input client data into financial planning software (MoneyGuide)
- Generate and format financial planning documents
- Run planning scenarios (retirement timing, expenses, etc.)
- Coordinate internal review process and implement revisions
- Ensure final deliverables are accurate and complete
- Maintain Financial Planning Status tracking spreadsheets
- Update client plan progress, timelines, and key data points
- Monitor workflow to ensure plans are progressing on schedule
- Assist with planning and execution of client webinars and events
- Track event timelines, approvals, and communication schedules
- Coordinate logistics with vendors, partners, and internal team
- Manage invitations, RSVP tracking, and follow\-up communications
- Help improve efficiency across systems and processes
- Ensure documents and deliverables are properly stored and accessible
- Support consistent execution of pre\-meeting workflows
- Highly organized and detail\-oriented
- Comfortable managing multiple workflows and deadlines
- Proactive and able to work independently in a virtual environment
- Strong communicator who can collaborate with a remote team
- Experience with financial planning tools (MoneyGuide)
- Exposure to financial services or wealth management
- Interest in pursuing licensing (Series 7, Life and Health, etc.)
- Fully remote, flexible schedule
- Approximately 10 hours per week
- Preference for candidates in Eastern or Central Time Zones
