- Manage feedback surveys, process improvements, and employee experience programs.
- Contribute to programs that promote employee well\-being and engagement.
- Support administration of annual HR programs (e.g., Flexible Summer Appointment Program).
- Coordinate logistics for HR events, workshops, and vendor\-supported programs.

- At least 3 years of experience in human resources, recruitment, or administrative operations.
- Experience supporting recruitment processes, including job postings, applicant tracking, and candidate coordination.
- Experience working with HR information systems (e.g., PeopleSoft), including data entry and report generation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, including working with formulas, pivot tables, and basic data analysis.
- Experience using survey or data collection tools (e.g., Qualtrics) to support reporting and feedback analysis.

The Ross Human Resources Department is a collaborative team of HR professionals providing a full complement of talent lifecycle services to more than 400 staff and academic HR support to over 300 faculty, lecturers, and graduate employees. Our areas of expertise include talent acquisition, compensation, employee and labor relations, employee health and wellness support, performance management, and staff development. Job Summary
The HR Generalist provides administrative support to the Ross Human Resources Department and recruitment services to the school. You will play an important role in recruiting and onboarding processes, ensuring compliance with standard hiring practices. You will partner with hiring teams to improve job descriptions in preparation for posting, manage applicant tracking and hiring workflows, and coordinate posting of job openings with the Shared Services Center (SSC). You will maintain HRIS records and reporting, compliance management, and other complex administrative responsibilities. You will ensure prompt and professional responses to employee and job applicant inquiries. You will report to the Assistant HR Director, Staff Operations.
This hybrid position is based in Ann Arbor, MI, and will report on\-site three days per week. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire and maintain that authorization throughout employment.

Additional Information
The salary offer range for this position is $53,500 to $66,100\. Salary offers are determined based on several factors, including a candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications, along with internal equity considerations. It is not common for new hires to be placed at the top of the range.
