We're looking for a reliable, organized, and bilingual (*Spanish and English*) Administrative Assistant to join our team! This full\-time position focuses on managing all incoming and outgoing mail, supporting our legal teams with file processing, and keeping the office organized and well\-stocked. This role also provides backup coverage at the front desk during lunch breaks and absences. We're seeking someone who is detail\-oriented, dependable, and comfortable interacting with both clients and coworkers.

This is a full\-time role (40–45 hours/week), and we're open to training the right candidate who brings a strong work ethic and positive attitude.

  • Responsibilities

  • Sort, scan, and upload all incoming mail, drop\-offs, emails, and e\-faxes into our case management system and assign tasks as needed
  • Process and prepare outgoing mail for remote staff
  • Maintain office supply inventory and place orders
  • Keep the file room organized; handle file closure and destruction
  • Cover front desk duties during lunch breaks and absences (answer phones, greet visitors, etc.)
  • Qualifications

  • At least one year of administrative or office support experience preferred
  • High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent
  • Comfortable with client interaction and assisting in a fast\-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
  • Be fluent in both
Spanish and English (required)
