We're a well\-established, growing dental practice looking for an experienced Associate Dentist to join our team — with a clear pathway to ownership buy\-in after 18 months. This is a long\-term opportunity for a seasoned clinician who wants more than just an associate role.
You'll walk into a supportive environment with a full schedule, an experienced team, modern technology, and a trusting patient base. Our owner doctor is invested in your growth and success — both clinically and eventually as a partner in the practice.
What You'll Do
- Examine patients, diagnose dental conditions, and build comprehensive treatment plans
- Perform the full scope of dentistry in\-house, including molar root canals, implant placement and restoration, dentures and partials, fixed bridges, crowns, and comprehensive restorative work
- Explain diagnoses and treatment options clearly so patients can make informed decisions
- Administer local anesthesia safely and manage patient comfort
- Collaborate closely with hygienists, assistants, and the front office team
- Use digital imaging (CBCT, intraoral scanners) and practice management software proficiently
- Maintain strict infection control, OSHA, and HIPAA standards
- Contribute to the practice's growth through excellent patient care and participation in our marketing efforts
- Experienced general dentist with advanced clinical skills — ideally several years in private practice
- Comfortable and efficient with molar endodontics, implants, dentures, partials, bridges, and comprehensive GP dentistry
- Works at a steady, efficient pace without sacrificing clinical quality or patient care
- Clear, honest communicator with patients, teammates, and leadership
- Understands the relationship between production and collections, and cares about the health of the practice
- Takes initiative and contributes positively to team culture
- Willing to help build their own patient base, including participation on social media and in community outreach
- Long\-term mindset — looking for a practice to call home, not a short\-term stop
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
- Active dental license in Ohio, in good standing
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Current professional liability insurance
- DEA registration (or eligibility to obtain)
- Competitive compensation with strong production\-based upside
- Structured pathway to ownership buy\-in after 18 months
- Full schedule from day one — no waiting for patients
- Modern, fully\-equipped practice with digital radiography, CBCT, and intraoral scanning
- An experienced clinical and administrative team
- Dental benefits for you and your family
- CE support and mentorship from a seasoned owner doctor
- Positive, collaborative, drama\-free culture
