We are seeking a compassionate and detail\-oriented Remote Caregiver Support Specialist to assist caregivers and clients by providing virtual coordination, guidance, and administrative support. This role focuses on ensuring high\-quality care delivery through communication, scheduling, and ongoing support, all in a remote environment.
A strong candidate will have excellent communication skills, empathy, and the ability to manage multiple cases efficiently. According to typical caregiver role expectations, maintaining communication, tracking care needs, and ensuring client well\-being are core responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for caregivers and clients (email and chat)
- Provide guidance and support to caregivers regarding care plans and daily tasks
- Coordinate schedules, shifts, and service requests
- Document interactions, updates, and care notes in internal systems
- Assist with onboarding new caregivers and clients
- Escalate urgent issues or changes in condition to supervisors or clinical staff
- Maintain confidentiality and compliance with healthcare standards
- Support administrative tasks such as data entry, reporting, and file management
