Job description
Payroll.
- Timesheets
- Finance spreadsheet
- Submitting payroll through Square Payroll
- Printing and filing
- Billing clients following day of service
- Following up with clients when payment is delayed
- Creating, printing, and sending out paper invoices to select clients
- Documenting received payments
- Spreadsheets
- Printing and filing as needed
- Checking multiple schedules daily; cleaner, clients, turnover properties
- Checking confirmations daily
- Following up with clients who haven't confirmed
- Creating new cleaning jobs on both schedules; adding the detailed notes from head technician
- Creating the New Client Sheet; printing it out and filing it
- Ordering supplies as needed for the airbnb properties
- Billing the property upon next invoice
- Printing receipts and filing
- Ordering office supplies as needed
- Paid training
- Work from home
