Job Summary
- An ABA Supervisor oversees and supports the delivery of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services, ensuring clients' progress towards their goals and the quality of services provided by staff. They design and implement treatment plans, provide training and ongoing support to behavior technicians, and collaborate with parents and other stakeholders.
- The applicant must currently live in the Fremont or the surrounding areas. Traveling to San Jose will also be required.
- Have at least 6 months of experience working with the ASD population or children with developmental delays.
- Having afternoon availability from 1 p.m. to 8 p.m. is preferred
- Must be energetic and creative.
- Be open to receiving feedback and open to learning new skills.
- Must have reliable car to drive to clients' homes.
- Bachelor’s degree plus 12 units of ABA courses. Master’s degree preferred.
- Prior supervisory or leadership experience in a clinical ABA setting preferred.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Flexible schedule
- Must be able to pass Live Scan and DOJ FBI background checks.
- Being bilingual is a plus!
- Be familiar with technology and understand how to use an iPad.
- Feel comfortable driving on the freeway to clients' homes.
- The ability to climb stairs in a client's home if needed.
- The ability to jump, run, or sit on the floor with a client.

Qualifications and Requirements
Essential Functions Required
Responsibilities
· Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to implementing the client treatment plan and goals, behavior consultation, 1:1 direct therapy, report writing, developing and facilitating, trainings, driving to and from client homes and other environments in which the session is conducted, collecting behavior data, checking emails daily, maintaining proper upkeep of Novo property, and attending meetings and trainings when scheduled.
· Mentoring and training BT staff on ABA strategies and/or Novo policies
· Manage challenging behaviors that occur as directed by the Supervisor or BCBA on the case.
· Conducting assessments, assisting with FBA’s or FAs under the supervision of a BCBA, maintaining Central Reach program books and data sheets, and other related clinical and administrative responsibilities (i.e., program development, reviewing session notes).
· Maintain confidentiality of client information.
· Maintain professional boundaries.
· Travel to clients’ homes/community settings, as required to deliver services.
· Implement programs based on ABA principles, improving communication, self\-help, social and play skills.
· Responsible for maintaining positive rapport with supervisors/teams and families, communicating professionally, punctual and consistent attendance, time management, and performance improvement, including responding appropriately to feedback.
· Provide direct ABA therapy to children with Autism and other developmental disorders in the home, school, and community settings.
· Provide parent training on the principles and strategies of ABA and behavior management.
· Conduct or assign the parent a Vineland assessments, conduct a FAST and Functional Analysis Worksheets.
· Write a progress or discharge report and submit in a timely manner.
· Plans and leads CTM with family.
· Must attend staff meetings, trainings, and other meetings as requested.
· Attaining and achieving position competencies in relation to role responsibilities.
· Work directly with BCBA to implement support/development plans and/or formal corrective action when necessary.
· Conduct team meetings
