Responsibilities
- Manage the President’s calendar with precision, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements using Microsoft Outlook Calendar and Google Workspace.
- Serve as the first point of contact by handling multi\-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Prepare, proofread, and transcribe correspondence, reports, and presentations to ensure clarity and accuracy.
- Coordinate special projects and events, including planning logistics, managing vendor relationships, and overseeing event execution from start to finish.
- Oversee office management tasks such as filing, data entry, bookkeeping using QuickBooks, and maintaining organized records.
- Provide executive administrative support by managing emails, drafting documents via Microsoft Office suite, and utilizing DocuSign for electronic signatures.
- Assist with personal tasks for the President as needed, acting as a reliable personal assistant with discretion and confidentiality.
- Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role supporting executives or senior management.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a busy environment.
- Excellent typing speed combined with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and data entry tools.
- Experience with office management systems such as QuickBooks and familiarity with multi\-line phone systems.
- Exceptional communication skills—both verbal and written—and professional phone etiquette.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate projects and events from conception through completion.
- High level of computer literacy with a keen eye for proofreading and transcription accuracy.
