- Bachelor?s degree (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
- Considerable progressively responsible professional experience in administrative/operations management within a healthcare, academic medicine, higher education, or complex matrix organization.
- Demonstrated supervisory/management experience (including responsibility for hiring, performance management, coaching, and staff development); ability to supervise three or more FTE in an ongoing operational function.
- Demonstrated financial management experience (budgets, accounts monitoring/reconciliation, forecasting, or stewardship of restricted funds such as gifts/grants). ? Strong judgment, diplomacy, and communication skills; ability to represent the unit with internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to improve processes, manage competing priorities, and lead cross\-functional work.

Global REACH seeks an experienced administrative leader to serve as its senior manager, providing day\-to\-day operational leadership and ensuring high\-quality execution of strategic priorities across the University of Michigan and Michigan Medicine. This role manages administrative and operational objectives by leading people, processes, and projects that advance Global REACH?s mission and partnerships.
The Administrative Manager Senior makes decisions regarding projects, programs, and initiatives that support objectives established by senior leadership and ensures compliance with relevant policies, protocols, and professional standards. Work results and recommendations have significant impact across the department and with institutional partners.
