About the Role
Active, independent retired couple in the Dayton area is seeking a highly organized part\-time Personal Assistant to help manage administrative and logistical needs. This is a professional support position for a couple accustomed to working with skilled administrative professionals. Responsibilities
- Plan and book extensive travel, keeping track of hotel and airline reward program accounts, coordinating reservations, generating itineraries, and anticipating issues and time conflicts before they arise.
- Coordinate meetings and schedules for family obligations and multiple volunteer commitments and non\-profit boards of directors.
- Manage and coordinate medical appointments.
- Medication tracking and reminders.
- Maintain organized records, contacts, and follow\-up items.
- Anticipate needs and flag upcoming deadlines or scheduling conflicts.
- Occasional Driving / Airport Drop offs, etc.
- Prior experience in an administrative or organizational capacity (eg Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or Office Manager).
- Exceptionally organized with strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable with calendar tools, email, and online booking platforms.
- Reliable and self\-directed.
- Local to the Dayton area.
- Flexible part\-time hours — estimated 10 hours per week.
- $20\-35/hour, commensurate with experience.
- Hybrid \- Mostly remote, with 1\-2 weekly in\-person obligations.
