Overview
Basic appointment setting contract work for a mid\-size medical services company based in Southern California. If you can pitch, I'm willing to listen! Pay is open for discussion, depending upon your ability to set appointments with quality leads! Past experience selling to the medical professional community is a big plus, since the front office are often the hardest gatekeepers. I am open to revenue share on large accounts, and am flexible, again, depending upon your efficacy! I have done this myself for years, so I know how easy it can be. But be honest about your ability, first.
Duties
- Make outbound calls to potential clients using a professional and friendly phone etiquette
- Engage prospects with compelling conversations to identify their needs and interest in our services
- Schedule appointments efficiently, ensuring all details are accurately entered into our data management systems
- Follow up with leads to confirm appointments and provide additional information as needed
- Maintain detailed records of interactions, appointments, and client preferences using Microsoft Office tools
- Direct all higher level inquiries to management
- Collaborate with team members to improve outreach strategies and enhance overall client engagement
- Proven experience in outbound calling, telemarketing, or call center roles preferred
- Strong professional level communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for multilingual outreach
- Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Basic data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel; familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software is advantageous
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast\-paced environment
- Strong analysis skills to assess lead quality and prioritize follow\-up actions
- Previous experience in customer support or client services is desirable
- Ability to work independently while maintaining team collaboration standards
Requirements
This is an easy and approachable assignment, if you have strong sales experience. Get paid for successfully setting meetings, and potentially more. As a growing company, we are also open to a progression to full time sales, if you are effective! All things are possible!
Pay: $24\.44 \- $29\.44 per hour
