- Manage complex calendars, including cross time zone scheduling and prioritization of critical engagements.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, including itineraries, accommodation, and expense reporting.
- Support executive purchase order management using tools such as SAP, ensuring alignment with delegation of authority requirements.
- Coordinate logistics for virtual and in person events, including meetings, town halls, conferences, seminars, and off site engagements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the leadership team and internal/external stakeholders.
- Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, briefing materials, and follow up action items.
- Leverage Microsoft Word and PowerPoint skills to create, edit, and format high quality documents, presentations, and legal materials.
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and apply AI enabled tools to improve efficiency, document creation, and team processes.

- Bachelor’s degree and 6\+ years of corporate or executive administrative experience
- In lieu of a Bachelor’s degree, an Associates degree with 8\+ years of corporate or executive administrative experience or High School diploma with 11\+ years of corporate or executive administrative experience will be considered.

- 3\+ years of direct senior management support (C suite preferred) in a large global organization, with demonstrated ability to collaborate across diverse teams and functions.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office products (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and SharePoint.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint, including formatting, template creation, and presentation design.
- Experience using AI‑based productivity tools (e.g., drafting, summarization, workflow automation) to drive process improvement and operational efficiency.
- Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills with the ability to anticipate needs and manage competing priorities.
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and commitment to confidentiality.

Job Purpose
We are seeking an Executive Assistant to support our Chief Legal and Compliance Officer and several members of the Legal and Compliance leadership team. This role manages a wide range of operational and administrative responsibilities across global and regional priorities. Success requires proactive planning, strong organization, sound judgment, and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders. Absolute confidentiality is essential.

The annual salary for this role is USD $74,625\.00 \- $114,425\.00 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
