Overview

We are seeking an experienced consultant to support the implementation of OpenText Extended ECM for SAP SuccessFactors for a global enterprise client. This engagement focuses on integrating document management with SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Recruiting, and Onboarding.

This is a specialized role requiring direct experience with xECM for SuccessFactors. Candidates without this specific experience will not be considered.

Project Scope

• Implement
OpenText Extended ECM for SAP SuccessFactors
• Integrate with
SuccessFactors Employee Central, Recruiting, and Onboarding
• Design and configure
employee document management and digital personnel files
• Support
archiving strategy for terminated employee records
• Configure access for a limited set of
admin and support users outside SAP
• Work within a
European data center deployment model

Key Responsibilities

• Lead or support end\-to\-end implementation of xECM for SuccessFactors
• Configure document types, business workspaces, and HR document structures
• Design integration between SuccessFactors and OpenText Content Server
• Define and implement archiving and retention strategies
• Collaborate with SAP and business stakeholders
• Provide guidance on best practices for HR document management

Required Experience

• Proven experience with
OpenText Extended ECM (xECM)
• Direct experience with
xECM for SAP SuccessFactors (required)
• Strong understanding of
SAP SuccessFactors, including:
• Employee Central
• Recruiting
• Onboarding
• Experience with
OpenText Content Server
• Experience designing
HR document / personnel file solutions

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with large\-scale environments (100k\+ users)
• Familiarity with
archiving strategies and compliance requirements
• OpenText or SAP certifications

Project Details

* Client: Global enterprise (contracting via UK entity)

* User Base: \~145,000 employees

* Access Model: Limited external access (\~20 admin/support users)

* Deployment: OpenText in EU data center, SuccessFactors SaaS

* Engagement Type: Contract / Consulting

Pay: $60\.00 \- $110\.00 per hour
