Entry\-Level Recruiter (PART TIME \- Mondays, Thursdays \& Fridays)

ShotVet is a national mobile veterinary service, previously featured in the Inc 5000 as one of the fastest growing companies in the US. We are looking for a recruiter to help us continue to grow around the country.

Looking for a recent college grad or some experience to use technology and relationships to find outstanding team members in 30 states. Great oppportunity for someone to grow with a growing company, have fun, and make a difference everyday.

Job Duties:

• Source and identify candidates through job boards, social media, and outreach
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone/video interviews
• Schedule interviews accordingly
• Maintain and update applicant tracking systems
• Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Assist with job postings and recruitment marketing efforts
• Support onboarding and new hire documentation
• Track recruiting metrics and hiring progress

Job Type: Part\-Time

Schedule:

* Part\-time \- Mondays, Thursdays \& Fridays; \~24 hours per week

* Hours Preferred: 8am \- 4pm \- Flexible Scheduling

Work Location: In person/On Site \- NOT a remote opportunity

Experience level:

• 1 year recruiting, admin, cold calling, experience preferred minimum; OPEN to college grads
• MUST haves: Organization, Detailed, Diligence, Strong Attendance
• Must be highly adaptable and resilient
• Prior knowledge/utilization of Google software preferred
• Prior knowledge of ADP Recruitment systems preferred
