Essential functions (job duties):
Job Purpose:
The Enrollment Management Services, Interview Day Coordinator helps to provide logistics support in terms of scheduling, trouble\-shooting, and proctoring of Admissions Interview Days. The Interview Day Coordinator uses excellent customer service to provide timely and accurate information regarding admissions policies to prospective applicants, prospective students, parents, and other constituents. This position reports to the Interview Day Supervisor.
Essential Functions:
Interview Day Coordinators execute different specialized tasks including interview proctoring, scheduling/rescheduling duties, ADA requests, and provides customer service to invited applicants including the following but not limited to emails and phone calls with students to answer general admissions questions.
Support Admissions Interview Day Events virtual or in\-person. Including support for assisting in room scheduling, catering orders, contact facilities for any Information Technology (IT)/Audiovisual (AV) support, coordinating with janitorial services, coordinating bus tours.
Interview Day Coordinators are expected to attend all required training meetings and interview dates both virtual and in\-person.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

Education: High school completion (or GED)Experience: Entry level (no prior job\-related work experience)
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Knowledge of general office procedures.
Knowledge of admission rules and general policy.
Knowledge of and ability to operate personal computers with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) software.
Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and flexibility.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and communication skills.
Ability to review, enter, and use data to ensure acceptable service levels are met.
Ability to coordinate and implement assignments in order to meet deadlines.
Ability to interact with a diverse group of individuals of varied ages, abilities/disabilities, racial, ethnic, and cultural backgrounds.
Ability to review, analyze, formulate, and follow through with assignments.
Ability to maintain confidentiality of work\-related information and materials.
Ability to establish and maintain effective work relationships.
Ability to multi\-task and work in a fast\-paced and high\-volume department involving contact with current students, prospective students, parents, and other constituents regarding the admissions process.
Ability to work independent of direct supervision and to be a team player.
Ability to represents the university in a positive and professional manner. Good attendance and being on time is critical for this position
Ability to conduct admissions activities with the highest integrity and business ethics.
