Responsibilities

  • Organize, file, and maintain maintenance records using document management systems such as iManage and SharePoint
  • Ensure records are accurately categorized using appropriate metadata and taxonomy standards for easy retrieval
  • Verify the completeness and accuracy of maintenance documentation through proofreading and quality checks
  • Manage archival processing in accordance with archival standards, ensuring proper storage and retrieval of historical data
  • Support compliance management by ensuring records adhere to regulatory requirements and organizational policies
  • Digitize paper\-based records to enhance accessibility and facilitate efficient information management
  • Conduct regular audits of records to ensure proper filing, security, and adherence to information governance protocols
  • Skills

  • Proficiency with document management systems such as iManage, SharePoint, and content management platforms
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage large volumes of records systematically
  • Knowledge of metadata, taxonomy, archives management, and archival standards for effective records classification
  • Experience with compliance management, information security, and information governance practices
  • Excellent proofreading, data management, and administrative skills to ensure accuracy in record\-keeping
  • Familiarity with digitization processes and archival processing techniques
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with maintenance teams and other departments
