What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)
Marketing \& CRM Operations (The Creative Side)
* CRM Strategy Execution: Execute CRM initiatives, driving customer engagement, loyalty, and retention under the direction of the CRM \& Digital Marketing Manager.
* Brand Champion: Maintain consistent brand messaging across all channels for both HEART and Whaley.
* Campaign Deployment: Assist in the development and launch of digital marketing efforts, promotions, and engaging content.
Call Center Coordination (The Operational Side)
* Operational Bridge: Act as the direct link between marketing strategies and call center execution to optimize customer experience.
* Support \& Coordination: Provide critical administrative coordination to the Call Center Director, ensuring efficient day\-to\-day operations.
Who You Are (Qualifications) Marketing \& Customer Experience Coordinator
* Experience: Proven background in marketing support, CRM management, or high\-volume coordination.
* Adaptable Communicator: Exceptional written and verbal skills, with the ability to pivot between creative storytelling and structured operational communication.
* Organized \& Driven: Highly organized with a passion for integrity and transparency in all interactions.
* Versatile: Comfortable multitasking and navigating both marketing tools and operational, fast\-paced environments.
Compensation \& Growth
* Base Salary: $52,000\.00 / Year.
* Performance Bonus: Structure to be developed in partnership within the first 90 days.
